My encounter with the planetary archetype of ’Faunus’ began as a feeling of something missing. And what was missing was the ’green’. That is how my journey towards macrocosmic remembering began as I searched for a ’greening of the spirit’. Faunus is the planetary archetype of remembering but also dismembering and a spaceholder for dualization. Within the microcosmic body Faunus is the planetary keeper of the Hands, the extension of the Heart and a witness to the omnipresence of the Heart.
Faunus, also known as ’Planet Nine’, is the hypothetical influencer of the orbit of Sedna. As an intermediary between the realm of Faunus and the realm of Pluto/Neptune, Sedna carries imagery similar to that of the planetary realms between which she moves. Sedna assists in grasping the astrological theme of Faunus, the Hands being one of the common themes.
